You are required to eat at approximately 20g of net carbs a day.These foods should come primarily from salad and other vegetables. Carbohydrate intake should be spread over the day.  Three other regular meals should also be eaten. Do not skip your meals for any reason during induction,especially breakfast.   Do not stay for more than six hours without eating.  Eat a minimum of 60z or 170g of protein at every meal.
